Can you handle all of the shipping from China to the U.S. and to Europe? |

After production is complete, our logistics departments in China and the U.S. design a production and delivery program that specifically addresses both your cost savings and management requirements. We work closely with our clients to coordinate every last detail of delivery and fulfillment. |

Do you use NDA agreements? |
|
Jumpsource has standard NDA agreements with all of our customers to keep their products and information confidential. On the back end, we have all of our suppliers and factory employees sign our non-circumvention agreement. Additionally, all proprietary prints/specs are sanitized with no customer information to protect the integrity of your product. |

What type of parts can Jumpsource produce? |

Who is responsible for production and quality control? |
|
Jumpsource works very closely with OEM's and other customers in the beginning stages of all projects to clarify all specs and product information before we go into production. After everything looks good we will make samples of the parts for the customer to approve. Once the part samples are approved by the customer and we go into production, Jumpsource is responsible for producing the same part in production runs and also is responsible for controlling the quality of the parts in all production runs. We are a full service contract manufacturer so we manage your entire China procurement experience. |

Do I have to travel to China? |
|
We always invite our customers to see where their products are being produced. However, it isn't always necessary as Jumpsource is responsible for managing the project and if there is ever an issue with anything we have boots on the ground in China so our people will resolve any issues such as late deliveries general manufacturing issues. |

Are all of your customers in the U.S.? |
|
Our customer base includes companies located throughout the North, Central and South America, France, Australia, Spain, England, Ireland, the Netherlands, and even China. |

How do you approve Chinese suppliers that you use? |
|
For new suppliers, our Quality Department performs all Supplier Audits which can be up to several days long. These extensive audits are performed by our teams of SQE’s (Supplier Quality Engineers), Logistics coordinators, and mechanical and quality engineers. |

I am already working with Chinese suppliers myself, why do I need Jumpsource? |

Does Jumpsource have warehousing and/or fulfillment in the U.S.? |

Yes – we maintain Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs in 3 U.S. locations (CA, PA and KY). These facilities provide our clients with the option of stocking (bar-coded) inventory, and having our employees pull and ship product to their plant against a daily demand schedule. (Whenever possible, we work with customers interested in fulfillment services to establish buffer inventory levels and replenishment forecasts.) Our customer inventory levels are maintained in real-time on our web-based inventory software, creating total visibility for everyone involved in the supply chain. |

Do I buy my products from Jumpsource, or do I need to buy from a factory in China? |
|
Jumpsource takes 100% ownership of any product that we oversee production for, or that we manufacture ourselves. All products must meet or exceed our customer specifications before being packaged, let alone shipped to our customer |

Do you have an office in China? |
|
Yes, we have 3 offices in China in addition to our manufacturing facilities. The Jumpsource China headquarters office is located in Shanghai and handles most of our sourcing projects and accounts. Our China logistics, purchasing, engineering and quality teams work out of this office as well. |

Do you have offices in the U.S.? |
|
The Jumpsource U.S. headquarters office is located in Beverly, MA just about 30 miles north of Boston. Our engineering, purchasing, logistics and customer service departments operate out of this office and serve as a single point of contact for all Jumpsource customers. |
