Reverse Engineering parts or assembly components may be required for production of after market parts for automotive, aerospace, general industry or replacement out of manufacture parts. This is something Jumpsource specializes in. The following are typical considerations and analysis which may be required Material Analysis, such as hardness and material compensation. Substitute materials should be carefully analyzed for more environmental, fatigue and aesthetic properties.

  • Original finishing and plating should be determined and duplicated
  • Surface roughness
  • Detail dimensional review (CMM, laser scanning when required)
