Jumpsource has welding operations that produce a variety of welded items, ranging from complex base frames and weldments to simple brackets and other smaller items. For every item we manufacture, Jumpsource designs and fabricates a fixture that is dedicated to that particular part in order to guarantee consistent quality and repeatability. All Jumpsource welders are AWS certified (American Welding Society).

Secondary Operations – Phosphate Cleaning and Powder Coating

Jumpsource has an in-house, semi-automated phosphate cleaning and powder coating system as secondary operations to vertically control the process for welded items that require powder coating finish. In China, it is rare to have a supplier who performs consistent, quality welding, and even harder to find a paint supplier who understands the requirements and standards of U.S. and European customers. Jumpsource controls the whole process in-house from welding to cleaning to powder coating, making us a truly competitive supplier not only in price but especially in quality.
